A solid partnership within the ENERGYPOLIS project
Strongly supported by the Canton of Valais and the city of Sion, the implementation of EPFL Valais aims to promote partnerships with the HES-SO Valais Wallis and active research institutes in the canton. Taking advantage of the specificities of each partner, and under the brand Energypolis, the project initiated by the Canton of Valais and the EPFL management will position the Valais with global cutting edge science, to create the jobs of tomorrow and to fully participate in the future Swiss Innovation Park.
In the Health domain, the Valais will also be associated with the development of the Health Valley thanks to the presence of researchers from the Neuroprosthetics Center in Sion’s health pole.
