The Management Affairs unit oversees the preparation, organization, and follow-up of meetings of both the Management and Extended Management. It works in close collaboration with members of the EPFL Management and their teams.
The unit is responsible for taking minutes and ensuring the quality of meeting documentation. It also monitors the implementation of decisions and ensures they are communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
More broadly, the Management Affairs unit serves as an interface between Management and its internal and external stakeholders. It also coordinates Management-related events and oversees EPFL’s strategic participations.
