- Registration and participation to activities is open to: members of EPFL Club Montagne. Nonetheless, the financial assistance from the Club is restricted to EPFL students only (renting, transportation, courses, …).
- Is a member of Club Montagne de l’EPFL , anyone with a valid membership card.
- Registration to the Club Montagne de l’EPFL is free for Agepoly members. For any other person a contribution of 10.- fr is requested at the the request of the membership card
- Club Montagne is not responsible for you during any proposed activities in any case. We are neither mountain guides, nor qualified instructors.
- You must be insured for mountain activities (ski, alpinism, VTT, …). Make also sure you have both a valid accident and health insurance in addition. Be aware that not all insurances cover costs caused by high risk sport accidents.
- The activities like ski-touring, alpinism or ice-climbing require a minimum level of base competences (knowing how to ski, basic rope-handling, …). If you are a complete beginner, please inform the organizers, who will try to respond to your needs. Note that we also offer special beginner courses.
- All outings outside Switzerland must follow the recommendations of the FDFA (the Club’s committee is ready to help you to translate these pages).
- Violations to the mailing list might imply the exclusion from it.
