The ski Week-end will take place from the 10th to the 12nd of March 2023 at the Saint-Luc/ Chandolin ski resort in Switzerland. You don’t need to worry about transportation (if you chose the option in the form we sent), accomodation, dinners and breakfasts (all the diets have been taken into account). However, you will have to think about Saturday’s lunch.
Regarding the bus situation, you need to be present at 5pm in front of the BCH building on the 10th. On the 12th, the bus will leave at 11:30 am to arrive at EPFL at 2:15pm. People who have chosen not to take the bus will be invited to leave at 11:30 am at the latest.
You will need to bring your own sleeping bag, towel and single bed sheet (90-100 x 190-200). Bed sheets will be charged 10 CHF by the chalet if you don’t have any.
Every year, a costume competition takes place to objectively elect the best chemist of all. This year’s theme is “Pop Culture”. Make sure to be the most nicely dressed person !
