Mentoring program for maturity projects

Description

To promote studies in Materials Science among high school students, the department has established a mentoring program for maturity projects, pairing master’s students who completed their bachelor’s at EPFL with interested students. Those interested in the project will be hired as student assistants and will receive a stipend of CHF 200 for mentoring a project. The goal is to assist high school students in progressing with their work, provide them with relevant literature, suggest company visits, and accompany them in conducting simple tests at EPFL. Requests and topic proposals will come in throughout the academic year; if you are interested, please remember to check this page regularly.
