As a part of its Capacity building programme, the EPFL postdoc association is organising a free Leadership training workshop for its members. The leadership workshop is done by our member for free and builds upon the established freely available programme provided by Google (re:Work). The leadership workshop is expected to have six modules of about 3h spread out over the span of two to three months. Priority for the Workshop will be given to active members of the association.
The leadership course is meant to provide a basic training to association members in the domain of leadership and management. It
targets skills relevant for interpersonal communication and influence, but also at skills beneficial for developing organizations to a level of
higher efficacy, efficiency and wellbeing of its members. The topics covered are essential both in an academic and non-academic
environment, and are focused to stimulate further personal development of participants. Topical sessions are:
