Description of the internship
The internship proposal is broad, and the role of the intern will be discussed between the NGO and the student according to the skills and desires of the intern and the projects and needs of the NGO at the time of the internship.
There are opportunities for internships in the commune of Oudoucar, in the region of Sédhiou, in Casamance (southern region of Senegal) that could focus on:
- Installation of solar energy systems;
- Installation of lightning conductors;
- Setting up an online marketing system.

No particular criteria, as the proposed internship is not precisely defined.

Description of the organization
APIL (Action for the promotion of local initiatives): the NGO has several projects including the sustainable management of the mangrove ecosystem, the promotion of an integrated market of mangrove products, and the promotion of sustainable agriculture. It intervenes in all the links of the value chain (production, processing-preservation, marketing, consumption).
