Represent
ADSV unites the interests of the four life science doctoral schools: EDMS, EDNE, EDBB and EDCB. We keep close ties with the representatives of the programmes and the faculty council to represent us on a faculty and university level.
Integrate
ADSV maintains a pool of motivated PhD students as coaches to help new doctoral students with all aspects of life and work at EPFL. The coaches are also present at the Hiring Days to give advice.
Promote
ADSV promotes personal scientific development as well as social connections between students and members of SV. We organize various social events and coaching events so you can maintain a good research-life balance.
