YUVA – Indians Association actively organizes and participates in a variety of Indian cultural events throughout the academic year, including Holi, Diwali, Bollywood dance workshops, and Independence Day celebrations. These events serve as a platform for the EPFL community and the wider Lausanne public to come together and experience the richness of Indian traditions and festivities.

Over the past five years, YUVA has hosted numerous cultural programs for both Indian and non-Indian audiences on campus. Among these, the annual “Yuvaali: Festival of Lights” has become a flagship event, celebrating Diwali with grandeur and cultural flair. The 2024 edition welcomed over 250 guests, making it one of the most well-attended events organized by the association.

In addition to its own events, YUVA’s Cultural Section actively participates in campus-wide festivals such as Vivapolyand Semaine du Monde, contributing with energy and enthusiasm to the multicultural spirit of EPFL.
