How to organize an event with a restaurateur:
- Contact the restaurateur of your choice
- Specify date and number of guests
- Specify the type of catering (coffee break, aperitif, standing lunch)
- Wait for the caterer’s “made-to-measure” offer
- Discuss possible changes or validate customized offer
- Confirm the final number of people 5 working days before the date.
