Would you like to organize an aperitif, a cocktail party or a cocktail reception?

How to organize an event with a restaurateur:

  • Contact the restaurateur of your choice
  • Specify date and number of guests
  • Specify the type of catering (coffee break, aperitif, standing lunch)
  • Wait for the caterer’s “made-to-measure” offer
  • Discuss possible changes or validate customized offer
  • Confirm the final number of people 5 working days before the date.

Nb: depending on the nature of your event and/or the venue, the caterer will ask you to contact Mediacom-événement to obtain authorization for the reception.
