Any employee facing health issues (illness, symptoms), whether work-related or not, may request the advice of occupational health specialists to assess the need for workplace adaptations:
- Occupational hygienists, in collaboration with occupational medicine, pay special attention to the environment and conduct visits of the workplace and risk analyses.
- Occupational health practitioners receive you by appointment for a confidential medical consultation, during which an analysis of your situation is made, and guidance and advice are given.
Different types of workplace adaptations (technical, organizational, individual protection) can be assessed at all times, on your request, whatever your situation (before symptoms appear, in case of difficulties or the onset of symptoms, in the case of repeated or long-term absences).
