We provide help and support for the organisation of videoconferences during:
- Work meetings
- PhD Thesis Defences
- Final exams
For all requests, we handle:

Getting in touch with the remote site technician

A connection test (at least 48 hours before)

Technical assistance on the day of the videoconference
Videoconferencing request:
All requests for videoconferencing must be made at least 10 working days in advance by email to [email protected]
