In order to change the exit rights of a phone the user must follow the following steps:
- Go to the atela.epfl.ch website
- Go on the phone’s page by clicking on the phone number, then click on the
at the top right
The following pop-up window opens:
- Modify the Outgoing right field by selecting the desired right to exit between Internal, National, International and then click on Save.
- This application is subject to approval by a person entitled ATELA Telephone Zone Administrator in Accred
- The Approver Selection window will appear (if applicable), select the desired approver and click Submit.
Note: this action potentially involves additional costs and must be validated by a person with the Advanced ATELA Administrator right.
