The DSI offers a wide range of IT services, listed below, as well as a physical and virtual support desk.

EPFL offers a wide range of IT resources for its students and staff. Here are the three main ways to access them:

  1. Support platform: You can ask your questions and get detailed descriptions of all available services.
  2. Specific guides: Guides are available for various tools and services, such as hardware, software, printing, unified communication, and much more (list below).
