ATELA Telephone and postal directory

ATELA, acronyme for Annuaire des TEléphones, Locaux et Adresses, is the tool for managing phones
attributions, rooms and postal addresses at EPFL.
Every EPFL collaborator can directly submit requests concerning phones, rooms and postal addresses for
his accreditation units.
Some actions can be fulfilled without any approval, while others need approval of an administrative staff
member.

Who should use this tool?

Every EPFL collaborator. Anyone can submit requests, but only certain people (depending on Accredrights) can approve them.
