If Strong Authentication has been revoked, e.g. if a smartphone is stolen, then it is not possible for security reasons to reactivate alone the strong authentication on a smartphone. People in this situation should first contact the Gaspar administrator of their unit who will take the necessary steps to initialize the strong authentication of the GASPAR account, after which it will be possible to reactivate the strong authentication on a smartphone.

If you are a Gaspar administrator yourself, you must ask another Gaspar administrator to revoke and reset strong authentication for you. You can also ask the Service Desk to reset your strong authentication.
