Authentication windows

Entra ID will be phased in between 15 August 2024 and 30 June 2025. In the meantime, Tequila will still be operational.

Depending on which application you use and whether it has been migrated to Entra ID, you will be asked to log in through either the legacy window or the new Entra ID window.

New authentication window for Outlook Web Access (OWA/EWA)

New VPN Authentication Window
Starting September 2nd, you will have the option to authenticate using Microsoft Entra ID or the old authentication method. By the end of October, Microsoft Entra ID will become the primary authentication solution for the VPN.

Note regarding VPN Guest Instances with 2FA: We will contact the administrators of these VPN groups to set a migration date. Administrators will need to ensure that the members of their group have configured the two-factor authentication on Microsoft Entra ID before this migration.
