In order to extend the lifespan of mobile phones, a cost-price repair service is offered on the Écublens campus, every day between noon and 2 PM, at the Poséidon premises.
The Smart Point welcomes members of the EPFL community to the Poséidon premises to encourage mobile phone repairs on campus. Based on the same model as the Bike Point, repairs are carried out by student assistants at cost price: only the replacement parts are charged.

How it works
The Smart Point operates:
Every day from 12 PM to 2 PM
At the Poséidon premises, room MA A0 393
Appointments are made via Service Now using your GASPAR login.
Important information will be posted here soon.
A first 15-minute appointment will provide a diagnosis.
IMPORTANT:
It is essential to ensure the backup of your personal data before attending the appointment. EPFL is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair.
The diagnosis is non-binding: if accepted, the item will be taken in for repair and can be picked up between 4 PM and 4:30 PM the same day, if possible. If the repair requires more time, the owners will be informed.
Upon handover of the device, payment will be made on-site, exclusively via Camipro. A summary of the repairs will then be included in the Service NOW ticket.
