Availability of event spaces during the construction work
The construction work that will be taking place on the Lausanne campus over the next five years could affect some of the spaces typically used for holding events. We strongly encourage you to seek alternatives to classrooms and lecture halls for your events. Here are some ideas:
Mediacom Events (MEV) is the team that oversees on-campus events and can help you through the organization process. It serves as the middleman between EPFL, our community and outside businesses and organizations. MEV also coordinates the approval process with other EPFL teams and offices. This involves keeping tabs on requests and making sure all event conditions and requirements are met.
Who can organize an EPFL event?
- EPFL community members (depending on the type of event)
- EPFL-recognized student associations
- Outside businesses (at the SwissTech Convention Center)
