Ordinary increase for administrative and technical staff on fixed-term contracts

Administrative and technical employees on fixed-term contracts (CDD), who are not subject to the EPFL salary system reserved for employees on permanent contracts (CDI), nevertheless benefit from an ordinary annual increment based on their “échelon”. It takes into account the budgetary resources available.

• The above amounts are paid subject to budgetary resources and economic conditions (plus any inflation).
• Please note that for staff members joining during the year, the increase is calculated pro rata temporis.
