The Procurement Department plays a key role in the School by ensuring that procurement processes for goods and services are performing as expected. Our mission is to be a privileged partner for our internal customers, by working every day for and with the School.

We strive to provide effective solutions that are adapted to their needs, by making sure that purchases are compliant with the established policies and procedures.

Our main goal is to guarantee the satisfaction of our internal customers while optimizing costs and ensuring the transparent and responsible management of purchases.

As a dedicated service, we are here to support the School in its daily activities and contribute to its ongoing development.

EPFL purchases must comply with the laws and ordinances in force in public procurement, labor laws, environmental protection and other legal requirements. The Procurement Department monitors regulatory developments closely and ensures that EPFL processes meet these requirements.
