Description
The “Balances” menu gives you access to details of your holiday and hours balances.
This page shows you your quotas and the number of days they contain, as well as details of your hour baskets (top-up, overtime and Sunday/holiday).
How to access it?
Left pane, 3rd menu.
Your hour quotas and balances
The “balances” page shows the various quotas in your account:
- vacation for the current calendar year
- balance (days carried over from the previous year)
- loyalty (only if existing)
- paternity EPFL, paternity fédéral, prise en charge (only if existing)
In terms of hours, 3 counters are displayed with the balance:
- overtime hours
- overtime hours
- Sunday/holiday hours (subject to official authorization)
