The request to withdraw an existing signatory right may be made by:
- the head of financial unit: in which case withdrawal becomes effective immediately
- the finance officer: in which case withdrawal becomes effective immediately
- the unit administrator: the request for withdrawal is subsequently approved by the head of unit / professor
- the fund manager: the request for withdrawal is subsequently approved by the head of unit / professor
The removal of the right to sign is effective at the end of the validation.
The financial center manager, the finance manager, the person from whom the right has been withdrawn and the unit manager (if a unit manager has been identified) will then receive an email confirming the removal of the right.
