Moving one or several posts to the trash
There are several ways to delete a post. You can :
- Click the Posts button on the Main navigation menu to display a list of posts, drag the cursor over to the post you want to delete, a list of options is displayed, then click on Trash.
- Edit the post to be deleted, if necessary, activate the Document tab and click on the Move to trash button
- To move several posts in the trash, check the box next to the posts you want to delete and then choose Move to trash from the Bulk Actions menu and click apply.
Restoring a deleted post
- Click on the Posts button in the Main navigation menu
- Click on the Trash button
- To restore a post, drag the cursor over to the page, a list of options is displayed, then click Restore
- To restore several posts, select the checkbox next to the posts you want to restore and then from the Grouped Actions menu, choose Restore. The posts are displayed again in the posts.
Emptying the trash
Warning: This operation permanently deletes the posts
- Click on the Posts button in the Main navigation menu
- Click on the Trash button
- To delete one post, drag the cursor on the post, a list of options is displayed, click on Delete Permanently.
- To delete several posts, select the checkbox next to the posts to delete and then in the Grouped Actions menu, choose Delete Permanently.
- To delete all the posts, select the checkbox in the title bar and then in the Grouped Actions menu, choose Delete Permanently.
