Mastodon is a decentralized, open-source social network of independent, interconnected servers, with a strong emphasis on privacy and community moderation.
Anyone with an EPFL Entra ID account can access the school’s Mastodon instance at social.epfl.ch. Campus groups (faculties, departments, student associations, etc.) can also request an account.
