Come and sit down, away from the hustle and bustle, and reconnect with yourself.
Take the time to close your eyes and appreciate the only moment we have: the present moment.
Guided meditation times are intended to be humanistic, i.e. open to the whole university community, regardless of participants’ spiritual tradition. For 10-15′, indications are given (in French and English), then for the remaining 15-20′, there is complete silence.

- Wednesdays from 12:15 to 12:45 pm at EPFL at La Géode, CM 1545 starting on September 11, 2024
- Thursdays from 12.15pm to 12.45pm at UNIL (POL 249), starting on 22.08.2024 (all information about the meditation at UNIL can be found on the UNIL website)
→ It’s recommended to come 5′ before the start, as we start on the hour – sharp.
Sports department “shot sessions” for dynamic relaxation, yoga or meditation, etc. are also open to the Unil-EPFL community.
