What is a MOOC?
A MOOC is a Massive Open Online Course. It is a combination of video lectures, exercises and assignments, open for anyone to follow for free. Most of our courses require 5-7 weeks to be completed and are used by our students in complement to on-campus classes.

The Swiss MOOC Service is the Swiss national MOOC platform for institutions of higher education. It is managed and operated by EPFL’s Center for Digital Education
Virtual Exchange Program
The Virtual Exchange Program allows students from EPFL to gain credits by taking online courses from partner universities.
