DLL Engineering- electronics
Electronic circuits are the cornerstone of modern technology. They run everyday devices like smartphones and laptops, as well as major systems including industrial robots, power plants and satellite control systems. That’s why today’s engineers need to have a good understanding of the fundamental concepts of electronics, embedded-system programming and measurement methods for electrical properties. At our DLL for electronics, students conduct experiments that tie the theory learned in class to real-world phenomena.
By examining processes from chip fabrication to implementation, students will eventually be able to design and build their own circuits. Biomedicine, robotics, transportation and power generation are just some of the many applications where the growing range and processing power of computer chips are enabling major advances in technology.
