Our mission

The Center for Learning Sciences (LEARN) aims to contribute to the excellence of the Swiss educational system by bringing together the efforts of the entire EPFL community involved in research in education (digital and STEM) and in the development and the study of new teaching tools and methods.

The Center LEARN works closely with teachers and practitioners on the field to carry out pioneering projects at all levels of the Swiss education system, demonstrate their benefits and transform discoveries into innovative and sustainable teaching practices. .

This approach to translational research in education refers to the collaborative process of transforming research findings into concrete impact on education.
