Diplomas and official documents

The official documents listed below are issued by the Registrar’s Office.

Transcripts (sent by post) and diploma supplements (available on IS-Academia) are issued in early March or early August for the Bachelor’s degree (except for those who study abroad for their third year and whose exchange credits have not yet been confirmed by the program) and in the days following the successful completion of the Master’s project for the Master’s degree (except for those who have not yet successfully completed the Master’s cycle).

Diplomas (handed out in person) are issued in late November for the Bachelor’s degree (handed out according to the program’s mode of operation), early October for the Master’s degree (handed out on the day of the Magistrale), and on the occasion the public defense for the PhD.

Official documents are issued with the identity data of the students (last name, first name, date of birth, and gender) as they appear on the identity document provided during admission.

Original diplomas and transcripts may not be replaced. Only certified copies can be provided.
