Academic calendar

This public-access academic calendar shows important dates for students. Important dates for teachers are published in the restricted-access academic calendar. Important dates for program directors and administrators are published on the CDS SharePoint site (restricted access).

This calendar is a general overview of the unfolding of the Bachelor’s and Master’s semesters and exam sessions. Deadlines for admissions, beginning of studies, academic mobility, Master’s projects, prizes, special arrangements, scholarships, etc. can be found on the webpages dedicated to these topics. The CMS, programs, and faculties communicate deadlines specific to them. The various events organized within the school are published in the Memento EPFL.

The present calendar is also available in the EPFL Campus application. It gives the possibility to set an event as a favorite (by clicking on the star in the upper right corner) so as to highlight it in the list, and for highlighted events with a specific date to activate an alert. You may also download the annual calendar of semesters and exam sessions as a PDF file (without the mise à niveau).
