Annabelle Thüring is a French-Swiss architect and craftswoman. Her approach to architecture is both intellectual and practical, having graduated from EPFL in 2020 with a focus on the notion of reusing both theoretical references and materials. After working for two years in Paris, she continued her research closer to the field, training as a heritage restoration worker in the Hautes-Alpes. She developed expertise in lime/earth masonry, plaster and traditional carpentry. Still with a foot in Switzerland and the other in France, she continues to weave her web between study and understanding of concrete practice. She joins ALICE as Studio Director in 2023.
