Short bio
Romain Baud received his MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology of Lausanne (EPFL) in 2013, with a focus on control, mechatronics and embedded systems.
He then worked for the civilian drones industry as a R&D engineer until March 2015, when he joined the “Laboratoire de Systèmes Robotiques” (LSRO) as a scientific assistant. He started his PhD in July 2015, supervised by both the LSRO and the Biorob.
He is currently working on the control of lower-limbs exoskeleton for rehabilitation.
