Semester Project: AI-driven artistic choreography for ABB Gofa 1500
This project explores the creation of organic and poetic choreography for the ABB Gofa 1500
robotic arm, using AI to create movements and behaviors that go beyond traditional
industrial applications. Initiated by Claire+Léa, a design duo specialized in the integration of
robotics in artistic contexts, the project aims to develop a sensitive and possibly interactive
installation that will be exhibited in Switzerland in May – June 2025. This is a great
opportunity to reimagine robotic AI through a creative, human-centered prism, challenging
conventional perceptions. Students will work collaboratively in a team of two to take the
project from beginning to completion.
