Alessandro Pazzaglia joined BIOROB in November 2021 as a PhD student in Robotics, Control, and Intelligent Systems. He is currently working on the ERC Salamandra project and is developing spiking neural networks simulating the neural circuits underlying locomotion in vertebrates.
He obtained his MSc in Bionics Engineering (Biorobotics curiculum) from Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies and University of Pisa – Pisa, Italy – in 2021. He previously obtained his BSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pisa in 2019.
