Amy Wu has a S.B. in Aeronautics and Astronautics (2006) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She received her M.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering (2011) and her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (2015) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She joined the Biorobotics Laboratory in October 2015 as part of the Symbitron project (see Symbitron@Biorobotics). Since then, she has also been a part of Walk-Man and RoboCom++. In January 2019, she will be starting a new faculty position at Queen’s University. Her research interests are in the biomechanics and control of balance and locomotion.
