Short Biography
I am a Ph.D. student at DISAL working on the inspection of infrastructural assets using autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). I worked on the subject of autonomous drone-based inspections for elevator shafts during my master’s thesis at the Schindler New Technologies Office and my first year at DISAL. I received my M.Sc. degree in robotics in 2020 and my B.Sc. degree in micro-engineering in 2017 from EPFL. More information about me can be found below:
Research interests and projects
My research interests include autonomous robotics, navigation, perception, multi-robot systems, embedded systems, simulation, and machine learning. My research focuses mainly on implementing a multi-robot system capable of inspecting an infrastructural asset by autonomously providing relevant observations.
