Biography
Davide Bavato is a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer in creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He holds a doctoral degree from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a dual master’s degree in international management from CEMS and Stockholm School of Economics. Davide’s research focuses on individual and organizational responses to novelty, including the evaluation and selection of new ideas, the perception and recognition of creativity, and investment decisions in early-stage ventures. His work was accepted in the Journal of Management, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, and presented in international management conferences (AOM, EGOS). He has international experience teaching creativity, business innovation and entrepreneurship courses at both graduate and undergraduate level and supervising master thesis projects on these subjects.
