In collaboration with ClearSpace, ESL has developed sustainable and energy-efficient technology for space applications that could shape the future of space exploration. Our joint mission aims to make space safer for future generations by removing debris and reducing the risk of collisions.
Additionally, ESL is partnering with EcoCloud and SKACH to research methods for reducing energy consumption during the processing of data generated by the Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO). As the largest radio-astronomy project in history, SKAO's data from its two radio telescope arrays in Australia and South Africa has the potential to transform our understanding of the universe, its origins, and the laws of fundamental physics. This project has the power to make a significant impact on society, science, and beyond.
