Inspired by a traditional Venetian Altana, a kind of balcony added onto of a roof, the studio proposed to think of a modern designed Altana on the roofs of the old town of Geneva.
Students had to work with wooden slats, a way to reconsider the old structures on which the new Altana rests. Students were able to choose the program : a promenade on the roof of a museum, a theater or for example an urban garden.
