The domain of process integration is one of the core competences of the group. The goal is to promote the rational use of energy and water in industrial processes by identifying energy saving options and optimizing the process operating conditions. Process integration techniques and site scale system analysis is applied to increase the efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of industrial plants. Such methods are applied in the food and chemical industry.
