We are working on nanoelectronics based on two-dimensional materials such as monolayers of transition metal dichalcogenides (MoS2, WSe2, MoSe2,..). Our group was the first to demonstrate a transistor based on a 2D semiconductor, opening the way to studying their fundamental properties and practical applications. We grow 2D materials and work on discovering their new fundamental properties and emerging applications in nanoelectronic, excitonic, spintronic and optoelectronic devices.
