Can you imagine living on 100% renewable energy? This poses formidable challenges to electrical grids in terms of quality of service and energy balance. Our goal is to propose solutions to these challenges, by inventing innovative methods that combine of information and communication technology with new electrical devices that can store energy. Cyber Security of Critical Infrastructures
Critical Infrastructures correspond to the resources and structures which are necessary for a well-working society and economy. In the past few years, the communication networks on which these infrastructures rely have been the target of multiple cyber attacks. Our work is to analyse the feasibility of cyber threats and to propose countermeasures. We are currently focused on timing attacks on Smart Grids. Project partners:
