Prof. Mohamed Eldessouki came to EPFL in February 2015 and gave a presentation entitled “Modeling the couple heat and moisture transfer in hygroscopic porous structures”.
Dr. Mohamed Eldessouki is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Liberec (Liberec, Czech Republic) and Mansoura University (Mansoura, Egypt). His research interest is the Scientific Computation and its applications in studying and analyzing polymeric biomaterials, nanocomposites, flexible aerogels, and fibrous structures. He has one published book and some papers that are published in national and international journals and conferences. Dr. Eldessouki graduated from Auburn University (Auburn, AL – USA) with two Master Degrees in Chemical Engineering (CHEN) and Polymer and Fiber Engineering (PFEN). He also got his PhD degree in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from Auburn University.
