Our laboratory is equipped by two MBE machines, one dedicated to III-Vs and the other to II-Vs and magnetic materials. We also count with two set-ups of optical characterization below the micron (PL, Raman) down to 4.2K and elecronic transport down to 2.5K and 9T. We also have access to state-of-the-art electron microscopy and cleanroom facilities. Some representative pictures can be found here below.
