Fatigue Behaviour of UHPFRC-RC Composite Members
The motivation of the present research is to understand the fatigue behaviour of UltraHigh Performance Fibre Reinforced Concrete(UHPFRC) and UHPFRC-reinforced concrete (RC) composite members. Tensile fatigue tests on UHPFRC plates and bending fatigue tests on UHPFRC -RC composite beams are carried out. The advantage of UHPFRC as a strengthening material is demonstrated in terms of life-cycle maintenance strategies.
