The course Mécanique Vibratoire is in the 5th semester of Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. The course is currently taught by Prof. Villanueva based on the materials developed by former teachers. The course is being taught in French.
Micro/Nanomechanical devices
The course Micro/Nanomechanical devices forms part of the Master in Mechanical Engineering but it is also offered to students from Microengineering and Electrical Engineering. It follows the book written by Prof. Villanueva together with Prof. Schmid (TUW) and Prof. Roukes (Caltech).
Advanced MEMS and Microsystems
The course Advanced MEMS and Microsystems is in the third block of the Master in Microengineering. The course is taught jointly by Dr. Briand, Dr. Gautsch and Prof. Villanueva, who focuses on resonant MEMS and NEMS.
Technologies of Nanofabrication
This course is taught by Prof. Villanueva during the European School On Nanosciences & Nanotechnogies, a three-week course focusing on fabrication, characterization and functionalization of nano-objects.
