- The project
- The purpose of our project, proposed by the Act for Change Lab of Campus Durable, is to create a giant fruit press that will be driven by the mechanical force produced by a pedal carousel. Young and old will be able to participate, the goal is to pedal to get a fresh fruit juice! The objective is to recover fruit intended for the dustbin or compost is to raise awareness among young and old about recycling, food waste, and the benefits of good but not necessarily very beautiful food
