Villars-sur-Ollon, commonly referred to simply as Villars is located to the south-east of Lake Geneva in the Vaud Alps, overlooking the Rhône Valley at an elevation of 1300 meters. The Viu Hotel is in walking distance of the CFF railway station Villars-sur-Ollon (50 meters).

From Genève Aéroport the venue can be reached most easily by train via Lausanne, Montreux, and Aigle. The CFF Railway Station of Genève Aéroport is directly accessible from the Check-in and the Arrivals. Timetables and online tickets are available on the SBB webpage.
