There are different ways to go to our offices, from Lausanne or from Geneva. Below, we will describe how to get our office with the public transport from
- Geneva-Airport/Geneva – Lausanne – EPFL, via Renens
- Geneva-Airport/Geneva – Renens – EPFL
- Lausanne -EPFL, via Renens
From Geneva Airport
From Geneva airport, take the train to Lausanne. Geneva airport is very small, so this should be straightforward. When you exit the baggage control, you will enter the main hall of the airport arrival area. Immediately turn left, and continue to the end of the hall. Follow the signs to the train station (the signs have a blue and white train symbol). The train station is only a few minutes walking distance. Many people will speak English fluently, so don’t hesitate to ask directions if you are uncertain about where to go. Go to the train ticket desk and ask for a one-way ticket to EPFL (Ecublens/Renens) at the normal rate. The ticket should cost a little over 20 CHF. Take the first available train to Lausanne.
Depending of the time of the day, you will be bale to gett off at Renens, if it is not the case, get off at Lausanne and return to Renens with another train to Renens (1 stop).
You can check the timetable of the trains from that link from Geneva-Airport to Lausanne or Renens. Just enter Genève-Aéroport (or Genève if you start you trip from the city) into the “From” field, and Renens into the “to” field. It will displayed, the time and the platdorm where the train arrive and leave.
From Lausanne
There is two ways to get our office.

From Renens
At the Renens, you will have to take another train called “Line M1” (ex T-SOL) in direction of Lausanne-Flon. The platform is close to the shop “Coop”. There is a departure each 10mn. From Renens, the train will stop at 4 stations (Epenex, Crochy, Cerisaie and Bassenge) before the “EPFL” station where you will have to get off. Here is the “Line M1” timetable (pdf) from Renens.
From EPFL train station
From that place, work through the rail way and the crosswalker, turn left and continue walking along the road for about 100m. Then turn right and walk along the Piccard street and before the “Negoce” shop, get into the building and take the lift to the second floor. To make it easier for you, here is a plan whish showes the path (red line) to walk from the “EPFL” station to our offices.
